FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: assembled worm milling cutter has housing provided with longitudinal rectangular grooves on the outer side and assembly of gear racks each of which consists of head and shank with front and back supporting surfaces and base that serve for connecting with the groove on the housing. Fastening members are arranged at the end faces of the housing and used for locking the racks in axial direction. The front and back supporting surfaces of the shank are conjugated with its base under different angles. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 dwg
