FIELD: medicinal microbiology. SUBSTANCE: native material is sown on nutrient agar plates and in peptone water, incubated and the suspective colonies were selected by morphological characters, the presence of cytochrome oxidase and that are able to agglutinate with O-choleraic serum. Colonies were suspended in meat-peptone broth and test with phages and hemolytic test were carried out. During suspension preparing 0.05-0.01% sodium dodecyl sulfate is added to meat-peptone broth and reaction with phages and hemolytic test were carried out immediately from the prepared bacterial suspension.
