SET OF BACTERIA STRAINS FOR TEACHING PROBLEMS OF MICROBIOLOGY AND METHODS OF LAB DIAGNOSIS OF CHOLERA Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC C12N1/20 C12Q1/04 C12R1/63

Abstract RU 2743454 C1

FIELD: microbiology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical microbiology and may be used in education of specialists in lab diagnosis of cholera. The invention constitutes a set of teaching strains of cholera agents used in education of microbiologists. A method is developed for teaching regulated methods of lab diagnosis of cholera using this set of teaching strains of bacteria. The set includes 15 lentogenic bacterial strains which may assist students with learning methods of indication, identification of cholera agents and differentiation thereof from other specimens of Vibrio and other genera.

EFFECT: improved biological safety of the teaching process and reduced risks for the students to be infected with a cholera agent upon learning the regulated methods of lab diagnosis of cholera on practice.
