FIELD: opticomechanical and optico-electron instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: scanner includes scanning element made in the form of swinging mirror with drive, radiation source, photosensor which optical input has optical coupling with radiation source through swinging mirror, objective lens, receiver, generator, former of controlling voltages which input is connected to output of generator, first and second digital-to-analog converters, threshold unit, amplifier and correction unit which first output is connected via counter and first digital-to-analog converter to first input of amplifier and which second output is connected via second digital-to-analog converter to second input of amplifier which output is linked to drive. First input of correction unit is connected to first output of former of controlling voltages, second output of same unit is connected to output of counter and second output of former of controlling voltages is linked to electric input of photosensor which output is connected to input of threshold unit whose correction unit has counter which input is first input of correction unit and output is first output of correction unit. Inverse input of adder incorporated in scanner is connected to output of counter and third input is third input of scanner. Output of scanner is connected to information input of register whose controlling input is second input of correction unit and whose output is second output of correction unit. Photosensor is manufactured in the form of linear charge-coupled photosensitive device. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
