FIELD: measurement technology, high-precision measurement of small angular displacements. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes laser that is attached to object, mirror unit manufactured in the form of semi-transparent mirror placed in path of laser radiation and dummy mirror located in path of radiation reflected from semi-transparent mirror at distance depending on required measurement precision, photosensitive instrument made in the form of linear photosensitive charge- coupled device, indication unit, synchrogenerator, amplifier, comparator, generator, counter, first and second flip-flops, OR gate. Device is supplemented with second amplifier, second comparator, first, second, third and fourth AND gates, NOR-AND gate. Interference picture projected on to photosensitive region of linear photosensitive charge-coupled device is generated in plane of analysis causing appearance of video signals across outputs of linear photosensitive charge-coupled device unambiguously corresponding to projected interference picture. Signal across one of outputs of linear photosensitive charge-coupled device is delayed with reference to other signal by time of output of one line of linear photosensitive charge-coupled device. Video signals are converted to series digital code. Measured value is hardware computed and measurement result is brought out for indication.
