FIELD: horology.

SUBSTANCE: area of application: invention relates to means of time synchronisation and transmission of time signals to consumers, and can be used in solving problems of correcting the time scales of a group of remote clocks relative to the time scale of the central clock. Substance: system for correcting the time scales of a group of remote clocks comprises a central clock and a group of N remote clocks linked with the central clock by data transmission channels. Each of these clocks comprises a unit for forming its own time scale, a unit for receiving the time scale of navigation space vehicles, and a time scale comparison unit linked therewith. The central clock also comprises a computing unit acting as a calculator for the corrections to the time scales of remote clocks, input and output switches, and a unit for collecting the data on the mismatch values of the time scales, the first and second inputs whereof are linked with the output of the time scale comparison unit included in the central clock, and the output of the input switch, respectively, and the output whereof is linked with the input of the computing apparatus. The inputs of the input switch are linked by means of data transmission channels with the outputs of the comparison units of each of the N remote clocks. The output of the computing apparatus is linked with the input of the output switch, the outputs whereof are linked by means of corresponding data transmission channels with the correcting inputs of the units for forming the own time scale of the corresponding remote clock. The central clock and each of the N remote clocks comprise optical network ports, wherein the optical network port of the central clock is connected with the optical network ports of each of the N remote clocks via a local area network based on fibre-optic communication lines.

EFFECT: improved reliability of correcting the time scales of a group of remote clocks.
