FIELD: semiconductor devices with electron pumping, in particular, devices for information presentation and medical devices. SUBSTANCE: device has electron gun and laser screen, which has semiconductor plate which surface is covered with reflection coating. Said plate is glued to sapphire cooling pipe by means of transparent glue. In addition laser screen has layer of aluminum oxide which depth is $$$, where $$$ is wavelength of emission of laser screen. Said layer is deposited on surface of sapphire cooling pipe over which semiconductor plate is glued. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 2 dwg
