FIELD: household electrical facilities for iron pressing. SUBSTANCE: body of the electric iron has clamp- shaped projections for fixing flag lever of temperature controller. Handle lower part has two projections for joining with body holes. End part of one projection is directed to nose part of body and is located from handle lower surface at a distance equalling the thickness of the body upper base. The other projection is made in form of shelf for location of flag lever. Handle is installed on the body upper base by introduction when moving it forward to place handle projections into body holes. Flag lever is fixed by its introduction between branches of clamp-shaped projection of body. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 7 dwg
