SUBSTANCE: joint contains elastomer base with textile or metallic tractive layers whose ends are located in one plane and reinforcing insert made in form of fabric layer, threads or wires interrupting ends of tractive layers of both ends being connected and interrupted at points of location of ends of tractive layers. Besides that, reinforcing insert may be interrupted over entire width of belt; breaks of insert are made in form of ports. Threads or wires are laid across tractive layers.
