FIELD: utilization of municipal waste. SUBSTANCE: device can be used by municipal services and industries for processing hard waste by its gasification and production of ecologically clean flue gases and coke-ash residue. Device has vertical gasification chamber, facility for delivery of raw material and discharge of coke-ash residue, vertical tube located inside gasification chamber for taking out gaseous products, heating chamber located outside of gasification chamber with facilities for delivery of fuel and air, for fuel burning and discharge of combustion products. Facility for delivery of gasifying agent to gasification chamber is made in the form of L-shaped passage with possibility of rotary and reciprocal motions relative to horizontal axis. Inlet section of passage is provided with shut-off member. It is open to atmosphere and is located in center of one of two side walls of gasification chamber. Its length is equal or larger than its height, and outlet section of passage is located inside gasification chamber and its length is equal to or smaller than half height of gasification chamber. EFFECT: high efficiency. 3 dwg
