FIELD: wind-electric or hydroelectric off-line power supplies. SUBSTANCE: power plant has primary converter 1 in the form of energy receivers 10 loosely mounted on rods 11, 12 of hydraulic cylinders 7, 8, 9, secondary converter 2 in the form of two oil pumps 15, 16, whose crankshafts are joined through nonslipping transmission of 1:2 ratio, and electric generator 4. Communication between variable volumes of hydraulic cylinders 7, 8, 9 of primary converters 1 and cylinders of secondary converter through oil pipings 3 forms tight kinematic link between all moving parts of power plant at which swinging motions of energy receivers in moving current cause rotation of crankshafts of secondary converter while summing up their power and, vice versa, rotation of crankshafts of secondary converter 2 causes alternate swinging of energy receivers in different directions from moving current and their return to initial condition by pointed end edge with minimal resistance to moving current. EFFECT: improved efficiency of conversion, increased unit power capacity of plant, simplified kinematic arrangement and transmission under effect of several energy receivers on single generator; improved reliability of high-power supply. 10 dwg
