FIELD: production of special-purity water. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of water designed for pharmaceutical, biotechnological, electronic, and other areas. Plant contains, in its each step, film evaporator, regenerative heater, drop catcher, pipelines, and fittings. Plant is further provided with condenser. Outlet fitting for feed desalted water in the 1st-step regenerative heater is connected to inlet fitting for feed desalted water in the 1st-step (in steam direction) evaporator, and pipeline for heating steam from common source is connected with fitting for heating steam of evaporator of the same step. The plant is distinguished with that condenser connected through secondary steam pipeline with the last-step evaporator has fitting to enter feed natural water; last-step evaporator has fitting to receive concentrated natural water; evaporator in the step provided with regenerative heater with inlet fitting for feed desalted water from last-step evaporator has outlet fitting for concentrated desalted water; evaporator disposed after step where evaporator is provided with outlet fitting for concentrated desalted water has a fitting to introduce feed natural water through condenser and regenerative heaters and a fitting for withdrawal of special-purity water; fittings for secondary steam in evaporators of the steps equipped with inlet fittings for feed desalted water are connected to upper fittings of external drop catchers whose lower fittings are connected with inlet fittings for cleaned steam into next-step evaporator; evaporators provided with inlet fittings for feed natural water are also equipped with built-in drop catchers.
