FIELD: purification.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the process use of vibrational energy and can be applied in various industries, in particular in processes carried out using an aqueous medium. The device comprises housing 1 with first branch pipe 2 in the upper part for input of the medium to be cleaned or for the output of the purified medium, depending on the operating mode of the device. In the lower part, valve 3 is connected to housing 1 for removing sediment. The device comprises vertical cylindrical tube 4 with a perforation on the lower part of its length. Second branch pipe 5 is connected to the upper part of tube 4 to drain the purified medium. The lower end of tube 4 may have thread 6 for fastening the device in housing 1 and may be open or closed depending on the operating mode of the device. A filter element with piezoelectric properties is wound over the perforated part of tube 4 in the form of tape 7 with a piezoactive crystalline beta phase of the fluoroplast. The winding is made with a gap between the turns. On opposite surfaces of tape 7, plating is applied, such as copper. Wires 8 are connected to the surfaces of tape 7 and connected to AC or pulse generator 9.
EFFECT: increased cleaning speed, increased efficiency of cleaning and disinfection of aquatic environments, powerful intensification of any processes in aquatic environments and multi-frequency processing.
