GOAL LOADING COMPLEX SPILL PICKER Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: mining industry; coal loading complexes for railway cars. SUBSTANCE: spill picker has system of screw conveyors combined with scraper conveyor. Screw conveyors are mounted with tilling in zone of car loading under rails between ties of rail skeleton in open-top chutes. Chutes are provided with heat carrier channels and wear resistant linings placed on walls and bottom of each chute. Lower portion of scraper conveyor is installed with tiling and chute is installed in its upper portion. Guide angle plates are secured in upper portion of each tie on spill picking section.
