FIELD: transport engineering; carrying of food products in compartmentalized containers and tank trucks. SUBSTANCE: tank truck has tank food products mounted on truck chassis bed and consisting of elliptical section with neck, external sheathing, heat insulation placed in space between section and external sheathing. Drain hole is made in tank section. Tank section consists of two similar size truncated cones connected through cone bases, centers of holes for draining and neck being arranged opposite to each other on line lying in plane of connection of cone bases. Angle of inclination of cone generating surface to longitudinal axis of tank is calculated using formula given in description of invention. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 5 dwg
