FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medical, chemical, pharmaceutical, food industries. Device for the production of encapsulated products comprises a container for a capsule filler material with a built-in viscometer, a storage tank for a circulating solution, a encapsulation unit including a capsule head with spinnerets communicating with a product line system with a closed liquid transport cycle and a mechanical separation of the capsules comprising a receiving container for drops of a capsule filler substance in an amount of at least two, each of which contains a built-in container with two oppositely arranged parabolic planes forming a slit at the outlet of the receiving container, a transport tray located under it, connected through a conical tray with a curved conduit. In this case, the curved conduit is connected to the mesh vibrating plate with an adjustable angle of inclination which is communicated with the blowing unit comprising a continuously moving belt of the conveyor, above which there is a frame with fixed two pairs of rotating nozzles connected to the fan through a fine filter.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the percentage of rejection when separating the capsules from the forming solution and the release of the finished product.
