SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the medical, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries, in particular to the equipment for the production of encapsulated products. Device comprises a container for a capsule filler material with a built-in viscometer, a storage tank for a circulating solution, a encapsulation unit including a capsule head with spinnerets communicating with a product line system with a closed cycle of fluid transport and mechanical separation of the capsules, which contains a receiving container for droplets of the substance-filler capsules in an amount of not less than two, each of which contains a built-in container with two oppositely arranged parabolic planes, forming a slit at the outlet of the receiving container, a transport tray located under it, connected through a conical tray with a curved line with a grid for separating the capsules. Grid for separating the capsules is configured to adjust its angle of inclination. Grid is communicated with the node for carbon dioxide treatment. Assembly comprises a belt conveyor, two circulation fans and two pairs of liquid carbon dioxide nozzles disposed in a heat-insulated housing provided with a receiving hopper, and a container with liquid carbon dioxide, communicated with two pairs of injectors.
