FIELD: mechanical engineering; combustion of liquid fuel. SUBSTANCE: device has fuel ionizer with permanent magnets made in form of outlet pipe with inlet and outlet branch pipes. Device has additional fuel divider, supply source and control unit and two screening plates. Divider is made in form of dome-shaped housing, catalytic plate arranged in housing and microwave generator installed in lower portion of housing and electrically connected to control unit and supply source. Ionizer is installed after distributor. Output pipe has flat outer sections. Permanent magnets are arranged in opposition, and screening plates embrace magnets. Frequency of microwave generator is 1.1-1.2 KHz. Microwave generator is made in form of ceramic oscillating plate manufactured of platinum and titanium alloy or platinum and palladium alloy. Permanent magnets are made in form of set of paired permanent magnets. Poles of paired magnets are located opposite to each other and are constantly pointed to side of other poles of other paired magnets.
