FIELD: railway transport; checking equipment. SUBSTANCE: stand has device for selecting place of arrangement of converter to be checked which has lifting table with micrometer screw to set required lifting height and two movable horizontal frames with roller pairs installed one over the other. Frame is provided also with micrometer screws to set value of its travel. Lower frame has guides on opposite sides, and its roller pairs are placed on guide rails mounted on platform symmetrically relative to lifting table. Roller pairs of upper frame are arranged on guides of lower frame. Base is made of dielectric material and is installed on upper frame. Thickness of base is chosen not to exceed 0.5 millimeter.
