FIELD: motor fuel production. SUBSTANCE: liquid motor fuels are produced through reprocessing of organic wastes and secondary-origin hydrocarbon mixtures in presence of catalysts - binary oxide systems involving III, IV. V, and VII group elements having frame structure with molecule-size channel system, in which, in the second coordination sphere of silicon atoms entering zeolite crystal lattice, there is no more than one cation having charge of isomorphously substituting element. Outer surface of zeolite crystals has no cations of isomorphously substituting elements or their oxide non-frame compounds. Process is conducted in hydrogen-containing gas medium at hydrogen to raw material volume ratio (20-50):1. Aldehyde-ketone- and diene-containing raw material preliminarily contacts with the same catalyst or with nickel on silica or alumina under pressure 0.1-2.0 MPa and at temperature 180-280 C with raw material feeding weight velocity 0.5-4.0 in hydrogen-containing gas medium at hydrogen to raw material volume ratio (20-50):1. EFFECT: enhanced catalyst efficiency. 3 tbl
