FIELD: production of macaroni products on enterprises of public catering, bakery plants, etc. SUBSTANCE: device has dough bin with forming matrix and working members in the form of mixer and pressing auger, drive and transmission for transferring the rotation to working members and auxiliary dough bin with mixer, installed above the main dough bin with case shifting in side direction parallel to axis of pressing auger. In bottom part of auxiliary bin made in the form of semicylinder with flat end walls, opening of rectangular shape is formed for unloading the kneaded dough into main dough bin. It is overlapped by profiled gate with a possibility of its replacement. Drive of gate is made as manual by means of levers rotating relative to supports of mixer shaft and fixed to gate through slots in end walls of auxiliary bin. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 3 dwg
