FIELD: enterprises of public catering; bakery plants and confectionery production. SUBSTANCE: machine comprises dough bin with auger and mixer, electric motor and transmission which is formed by three reducing gears. The first one from electric motor to idler shaft installed on rolling bearing is made as V-belt transmission, the second, from idler shaft to shaft of pressing auger, and the third gear from pressing auger to mixed shaft are made as chain ones. Electric motor and supports of idler shaft are mounted on turnover boards for tension of belts and chain of the first and second gears. EFFECT: improved design. 2 cl, 1 dwg
