FIELD: equipment for brewing industry. SUBSTANCE: aerator has air diffuser made from metal-ceramic filtering elements in the form of bushing. It is disposed inside pipeline for wort supply on its rectilinear part and connected with air duct. Aerator also has device for preventing possibility of wort penetration into air duct at ceasing air supply. Bushing is connected with air duct from both end faces by means of rod with thread, nut and sealing gaskets. Pipeline and air diffuser, in place of its installation, are provided with hermetic flanges. Sight glass is hermetically installed on air diffuser flange by means of pressing flange and sealing gaskets. Device for preventing possibility of wort penetration into air duct at ceasing air supply comprises indicator with probe placed in case of spring-loaded return valve with rod for interaction with indicator probe. Circular grooves are made on rod where sealing rings are mounted. Indicator is installed on bracket fixed on case of return valve with rod. Rod heads and nuts are made as conical.
