FIELD: medicine, urology. SUBSTANCE: cutaneous fragment is cut according to corresponding area of the neck of urinary bladder, then it is fixed in area of the neck of urinary bladder and suprapubic region followed by its fastening in corners by nonabsorbable ligature. In suprapubic area tissues and frontal vaginal wall are pricked with special needles. Needles are further removed into vaginal lumen to catch ligatures fixed to fragment edges and reversely directed into suprapubic area to be fixed above aponeurosis. Additionally the fragment should be fixed with vicryl to paraurethral tissues to avoid dislocation. Vagina is fastened by separate catgut sutures. Seventy eight patients aged 42.4 years were operated. In 9-12 months high positive effect was achieved in 91% patients.
