FIELD: medicine, gynecology.
SUBSTANCE: one should perform sagittal incision of 1.4-1.6 mm length at anterior vaginal wall at the level of the middle third of urethra, exfoliate mucosal edges due to blunt technique, develop tunnels in paraurethral areas from both sides to achieve obturator foramens, perform cutaneous incisions of 0.9-1.1 mm length from both sides being laterally against large pudental lips in projection of obturator foramens and from vaginal side through the tunnels developed with the help of a needle introduced from the outside inwards. Then one should apply a belt out of dura mater with a golden ligature sutured along it and withdraw belt's ends through cutaneous wounds. The innovation enables to control belt's position in the nearest and remote terms after operation and decrease traumatism of surgical interference.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
