FIELD: medicine, gynecology, urology. SUBSTANCE: a vaginal flap is cut. Before cutting it is presutured. Moreover, a circumference at 5 cm diameter is formed by two semipurse-string sutures. Ligatures are directed into suprapubic area and fixed above aponeurosis by forming a loop. Ligatures are fixed in an external device. They are finally fastened after the decrease of edema and inflammatory alterations in postoperational wound. EFFECT: higher stability of flap's fixation. 1 ex
