SUBSTANCE: apparatus of external fixation is applied for pelvis and thigh to conduct femoral resetting and its distraction by placing it down to real acetabulum position. Partial pericapsular osteotomy of supra-acetabular area is conducted along with formation of osseous detach from acetabulum edge. Detach formed is fixed with needles passed through femoral neck and capitulum, femoral movement is conducted together with detach at direction needed. As a result acetabular surface top is formed to be congruent to femoral capitulum surface to obtain its total covering. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
