FIELD: pipe line engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has working member with cleaning members and actuating mechanism with a flexible link. The working member is made up as a detachable drum provided with projections that are uniformly arranged over periphery of the end faces on its outer side. The hook rods are mounted on the base of the projections for interaction with the flexible link. The drum comprises saddle-shaped compartments the side walls of which point outwards. The side walls of adjacent compartments are interconnected through detachable pivots to define projections. The cleaning members are secured to the end face portions of the inner side of the drum. The transmitting link of the actuating mechanism is made up as a sprocket whose diameter is no less than the width of the drum. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 4 dwg
