FIELD: ozone generation. SUBSTANCE: ozonator contains two electrodes - solid and sectioned ones mounted in spaced relation to each other. Solid electrode is wire-led to multiple- channel high-voltage pulse generator. Sectioned electrode is provided with sections having successively increasing surface and wire-led through current regulator to separate terminals of generator. EFFECT: improved design.
