FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: parent components were blended and blend is divided for two flows at ratio = 1:3. Smaller flow is glued with, for example, bentonite and larger one is cooled to 10-15 C and then both flows were mixed. Mixture is kept for 20-24 h and saturated with carbon dioxide by one of the known method. EFFECT: improved method of production.
