FIELD: medicine; angiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: clinical analysis of blood is effected before and after operation to determine quantity of immature neutrophils, segmented neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, followed by calculating leukocytic intoxication index before and after operation. In this manner, prognosis coefficient is established on basis if ratio between leukocytic intoxication index before operation and leukocytic intoxication index after operation. If prognosis coefficient value is greater than 1, possibility for surface suppuration is diagnosed, while if this value is less than, or equal to 1 there is possibility for heavy suppuration. EFFECT: lower occurrence of suppurative-nectrotic complications; reduced risk for occurrence of pansomatic complications during postoperative period.
