FIELD: information storage. SUBSTANCE: material contains Fe-Ni alloy which chemical composition is close to equal atomic number. In addition it contains 8-10 % of Mn with respect to overall content of components. Corresponding method involves ion-plasma deposition of alloy which has 8-10 % of Mn with respect to overall content of components under direct current, pressure of working gas of 0.2 Pa, dissipated power density 300-800 kW per square meter and deposition speed of 0.1-0.15 nm per second. After deposition article is burned at temperature of 500 K and cooled down to room temperature.
