FIELD: neurology. SUBSTANCE: neck part of backbone is manually treated with simultaneous isometric muscular relaxation followed by laser (wavelength 0.89 mcm) irradiation of C_o-C₁ and C₁-C₂ joint projections and laser (wavelength 0.63 mcm) irradiation of acupuncture auricular points. Treatment course comprises 3-6 of such procedures with subsequent patient's selftreatment by way of performing exercises enhancing isometric muscular relaxation and automobilization of C_o-C₂ joints 10 min a day for 30 days each half year.
