FIELD: proliferative diseases. SUBSTANCE: method of inhibiting cell proliferation in mammalians consists in local delivery of inhibition amount of dipiridamolum. Inhibition of cell proliferation is useful in treating such proliferative diseases as vascular restenosis, scleroderma, psoriasis, and rheumatic arthritis. Local delivery of dipiridamolum is performed through various ways including local delivery catheters, locus-specific carriers, implants, direct injection or direct administration.
