FIELD: railroads and transportation means. SUBSTANCE: device for unloading congealed or slumped loose and non-loose materials from dumpcars and other drop-side vehicles has boom installed on bogie and provided with scraper and drive, which ensures movement of scraper along boom. Device has also mechanism designed to resiliently press scraper to dumpcar bottom in the course of unloading for complete removing remains of congealed and lumped material from inner surfaces of dumpcar (bottom and sides). This mechanism for resilient pressure of scraper is made in the form of rod with compression spring and groove and also support with axle. Pivoted to the latter is lever and grooved wheel for traction chain of lever actuator. One end of mentioned rod is connected to lever and the second end is pivoted to boom. Besides, traction chain of lever actuator is connected with lever. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 5 dwg
