RECEIVING DEVICE FOR UNLOADING OF DUMPCARS Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B65G67/26 

FIELD: mechanical engineering; unloading of vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: proposed receiving device for unloading of dumpcars has receiving hopper 1, rail track for dumpcars along front of their unloading into receiving hopper, and bridge crane arranged over receiving hopper and track. Drum winch 8 arranged on side of receiving hopper opposite to rail track. Two-link articulated boom is installed over winch on bracket of fixed support 11. Free end of boom is furnished with scraper 15 for rock material in dumpcar body. Link with scraper is mechanically coupled by wire rope with drum of which and is furnished with trailing device with possibility of its connection with hook 19 of bridge crane lifting mechanism 5, and second link of boom is hinge-coupled with rod of hydraulic cylinder 22 installed on support bracket.

EFFECT: provision of complete emptying of dumpcar body at transportation of sticky loads.
