FIELD: food-processing industry and biotechnological production. SUBSTANCE: multiple-section drier has drying flow line with leading section positioned between blower and expander, subsequent section positioned between expander and active nozzle of gas ejector, and terminating section connected to passive nozzle of gas ejector, whose diffuser is communicated with atmosphere. Moisture separators are positioned in drying flow line after blower and expander. Liquid branch pipes of moisture separators are connected to active nozzles of auxiliary liquid-and-gas ejectors. EFFECT: increased efficiency by intensified drying process in selected sections of drier. 3 dwg
