FIELD: neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has at least two perforated plates 1,2 spaced from each other for placing line 3 of bone fracture 4 between them. Plates 1,2 are connected through screw bars 7 which are attached to plate 2 through hinges 9. Apparatus has also screw pins 10,10,11,11 fastened on screw holders 16,17. The latter are mounted in pockets 5,6 in plate 1,2 free to move. Each stop piece 14,14,15,15 is made in the form of two press plates with coaxial through openings for holder, and grooves forming canal for screw pin when plates are in tight contact. When necessary, apparatus is provided with sliding facilities for controlled correction of displacement of bone fragments, external perforated strips 27,26, removable perforated laminar brackets with through channels, and additionally screw bars.
