FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two frames each composed of two arcs joined with threaded tie rods bearing holders with perosseous threaded rods fixed inside, rotation and reposition unit. The holders have semicircular and round holder members joined with a screw through central holes making an axle of relative rotation. One of the holders has threaded hole. Semicircular holder member has a displaced hole which axis is in perpendicular relation to holder rotation axis, two grooves symmetrically disposed relative to holder rotation axis. The round holder member has displaced channeled groove which axis is in perpendicular relation to holder rotation axis. Each frame arcs have angular values from 100 to 180 deg with smooth threaded holes and slots symmetrically spaced along the arc width on radius from 50 to 180 mm. One of the arcs of every frame has smooth holes only, to enable them to move under control along the threaded tie rods. Rotation unit has an arc with grooves, threaded and smooth holes, two cantilevers, threaded tie rod, check nuts. It is placed on the plane running in perpendicular to longitudinal axis of the device.
