FIELD: alcohol industry. SUBSTANCE: rectified alcohol is combined with water treated with direct electric current. The latter process is conducted in a container with cathode and anode separated from each other by partition of water-impermeable material being dielectric when dry and conducting electric current when wetted. As a result, negatively charged water is formed having practically no metal and hydrogen ions. EFFECT: improved consumer's quality.
