FIELD: alcohol drink production.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes sorting preparation containing 40 % of alcohol by blending in sorting vat of rectified ethanol and drinking corrected water. Sorting is purified and fed into conditioning vat. Plant extract is diluted in rectified alcohol or in vodka in ratio of 1:10 and introduced into conditioning vat in amount of 0.5-3.0 l per 1000 dal followed by plant raw material tincture addition. 65.8 % Sugar syrup or sand sugar in introduced into sorting vat or conditioning vat in amount of 10-15 l per 1000 dal. Components are blended, alcohol concentration is determined and control vodka filtration is carried out. As plant raw material tincture alcoholized birch bud tincture of the first discharge in amount of 0.8-1.0 l per 1000 dal is used. Said tincture is prepared by pouring of birch bud with water-alcohol mixture with alcohol content of 50 % in ratio of 1:50, conditioning for 5 days with agitation for 20-30 min at each four hours.
EFFECT: vodka with improved organoleptic characteristics, increased biological activity and prolonged storage time.
