FIELD: electrochemical processing of conductive solutions and may be used for treatment of sweet water, alcoholic and alcohol-free beverages for removal of heavy metals, organic biologically dangerous substances, acid residues, hydroxyl groups, bases and salts and for introducing of biologically useful microelements and substances.

SUBSTANCE: method involves providing electrochemical processing of liquid in electrochemical cell divided by permeable diaphragm into cathode and anode chambers; processing liquid flow by directed displacement in cathode chamber between inner surface of cathode sections and outer surface of telescopically arranged permeable diaphragm, with cathode being made composite and extending lengthwise of electrochemical cell and diaphragm being made in the form of sleeve of dielectric material with anode being axially arranged inside sleeve so that flow of liquid under process is alternatively caused to approximate by minimal distance to composite cathode surface to wash it with liquid under process; reversing liquid flow and directing by minimal distance to outer surface of permeable diaphragm for periodical washing thereof; repeating said procedure multiple times; removing electrochemical processing products by passing of buffer washing liquid through anode chamber at predetermined flow rate in direction opposed to direction of flow of liquid under process in cathode chamber.

EFFECT: provision for producing of pure water for individual water supply, as well as for municipal water supply, increased organoleptical properties of alcoholic and alcohol-free beverages, refining of beverages with biologically useful microelements and substances.
