FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves effect by laser radiation interferogram on flowing stream of alcohol liquid. Interferogram is formed due to two initially equal beams obtained using optical divider from a single source. After reflection from mirror the first beam is directed to stream of alcohol liquid and the second beam is transformed in chiral medium to an anticlockwise polarized radiation comprising dislocation axis and then directed also to stream of alcohol liquid where this beam is interfered with the first beam. Invention provides accelerating aging process of alcohol drinks and to enhance their quality. Invention can be used in producing strong drinks, such as vodka and cognac. EFFECT: improved aging method. 3 dwg, 2 ex
