SUBSTANCE: proposed flowmeter incorporates measuring tank 1 in the form of one vertical vessel or two communicating vessels. Tank has inlet 2 and outlet 3 branch pipes. When tank is made of one vessel there is used transducer 4, in accordance with second version there are two transducers 4, 6. Vertical float 5 is used to check level of liquid in tank 1.
