FIELD: clamps for test of textile materials, applicable for determination of mechanical and acoustic parameters of textile materials in standard tests on breaking machine. SUBSTANCE: clamp consists of a body with a groove, fixed clamping member and a movable clamping member. The fixed clamping member is connected to the body. The movable clamping member is made for movement in the guides. The movable member is made elongated on the opposite side of the specimen breaking zone. An acoustic emission sensor is positioned in its elongated part. EFFECT: expanded functional capacities of breaking machine due to continuous monitoring of mechanical and acoustic parameters arising at the moment of breakage of each unit thread in the complex thread. 3 cl, 1 dwg
