FIELD: packing; aerosol packages. SUBSTANCE: method comes to desorption of gaseous propellant from sorbent saturated with propellant and introduced into medium including liquid, its saturated vapors and propellant. Prior to saturating the sorbent with propellant, substances featuring sorption heat in sorbent higher than that in propellant are removed from sorbent. When introducing the sorbent into medium, sorbent is isolated from medium components featuring sorption heat in sorbent higher than that in propellant. Device has housing, dispensing valve, liquid, propellant, sorbent saturated with propellant, all placed in housing. Sorbent is placed inside capsule whose case is made for passing the propellant. Capsule is made in the form of diaphragm with holes which diameter exceeds minimum size of propellant size of propellant molecule and is less than minimum size of molecule of liquid component featuring sorption heat in sorbent higher than that in propellant.
