FIELD: medicine, household devices, fire fighting facilities, perfumery. SUBSTANCE: proposed device can be used as gas source for gas filled articles. Gas storage capsule has gastight housing containing gas saturated particles of sorbent. Gastight housing is furnished with gas discharge device made in form of flexible diaphragm provided with discharge sealed channel with provision of displacement of diaphragm under action of preset pressure differential providing unsealing of discharge channel connecting inner space of capsule with ambient medium. Method of filling-in of capsule comes to filling sorbent into capsule able to arrest sorbent particles and to pass out and impregnating sorbent with gas. Sorbent is placed in capsule consisting of gastight housing. Cover gastight housing is made in form of flexible diaphragm furnished with sealed discharge channel. Diaphragm is designed for displacement under action of preset pressure differential. Sorbent is saturated with gas by placing capsule into gas medium whose pressure exceeds pressure of gas kept in capsule by preset pressure differential. Invention is aimed at simplifying creation of gauge pressure in aerosol and other gas-filled articles. EFFECT: enlarged range of gases used for filling, enhanced safety in operation. 17 cl, 2 dwg
