FIELD: testing equipment, tests for leaks of pneumatic-hydraulic systems, aggregates and lines located both inside and outside of compartment of spacecraft. SUBSTANCE: spacecraft is placed into vacuum chamber joined to leak detector. Volume is communicated to space of compartment. Chamber and compartment are vacuumed to limit residual pressure. Calibrated flow of test gas is fed. change of concentration of test gas from this flow is measured. Calibrated flow of gas is fed into compartment. same operations are conducted. relation of partial pressures is changed. New value of relations is recorded. System is filled with test gas. Change of concentration of test gas from microleaks is measured. Tightness of pneumatic-hydraulic system is evaluated by relationship of measured changes. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of process.
