SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at feed milling works, and domestic and industrial waste processing works. Desintegrator consists of a cylindrical grinding chamber with covers, material supply and discharge openings, drive and driven discs which are installed in the grinding chamber in an opposite and eccentric way and have grinding elements on side surfaces, which comprise transfer. The grinding chamber is provided with a replaceable segment installed before the material discharge opening, at that, in that segment there made is a medium flow channel.

EFFECT: possibility of compensating the wear of the grinding chamber and stabilising temperature therein, and increasing desintegrator life time.
