FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for crushing of materials, in particular, mineral-organic raw materials, wastes of production and consumption, and may find application in mixed fodder production enterprises that process household and industrial wastes. Rechipper comprises cylindrical milling chamber with left and right covers, window for supply and window for discharge of crushed material. Lattice with openings is installed in discharge window. Milling chamber contains master and slave disks with crushing elements on end surfaces, being mounted on shafts with bearings as oppositely and eccentrically installed. Annular groove is arranged on external surface of master disk, where plate is inserted, which is located in cavity of left cover. In the middle of plate lower part there is groove provided with depth of not more than diametre of openings in grid. Cavity is created in left cover between end of master disk and bearing, and the cavity is connected by its discharge and suction channels to atmosphere, and impeller is installed upstream the bearing.
EFFECT: improved protection that eliminates penetration of crushed material particles into slave disk shaft bearings.
